My FedEx REWARDS
The challenge: combine several separate loyalty programs from M&A, into one comprehensive program for prospects and existing members. Working closely with FedEx stakeholders we divided the program into 3 tiers; silver, gold and platinum. The goal: drive membership, awareness, acquisition, engagement, participation, redemption, and acceleration. Use personalized offers and rewards in email, direct mail and digital to drive participation, incremental shipping, and cross-promote additional products and services throughout the customer journey.
FedEx Updates
Create FedEx Updates; a monthly email campaign tailored to 8 audiences. FedEx Updates highlights curated content from the FedEx Small Business Center web site, a valuable resource offering articles written by subject matter experts that provide information to empower and support small to mid-sized businesses.
FedEx Canada
Create monthly integrated email, direct mail, print and digital promotions, and web content.
As a Creative Director on FedEx for 3 years at Epsilon, I managed multiple programs and up to 24 associates in the creative and production departments.
We created all of the ongoing communication comprised of personalized multi-touch emails, direct mail and digital marketing to communicate with prospects, members and customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
